The Mill Bar & Restaurant is the restaurant and bar at the Riverside Hotel, on the bank of the Garavogue River in Sligo town. It's open to hotel residents and non-residents alike, serving bar food and Irish classics from 4pm to 9pm on weekdays and from 1pm to 9pm at weekends.
Laid back dining with a touch of Irish charm, in a bright and spacious room with river views. We source most of our ingredients and drinks locally - our steaks and burgers come from Sherlock's, the Sligo butcher, and our cod is fried in batter made with Sligo-brewed Lough Gill beer.

Our breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:30am - until 10am Monday to Friday and until 10:30am at weekends - with a full traditional Irish breakfast alongside Continental options.
For something lighter later in the morning, Ripples Café opens at 9am and serves breakfast baps, eggs benedict, pancakes and freshly baked scones.
The Mill Bar is open seven days a week and stays open after the kitchen closes - until 11:30pm Monday to Thursday, 12:30am on Friday and Saturday, and 11pm on Sunday. We stock local beers, wines and spirits, and there's no dress code and no need to be staying with us.
